I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lagoon access room was truly a highlight, allowing me to step straight into the pool from my balcony. The staff was attentive and genuinely concerned when my daughter had a minor mishap at the beach. That said, breakfast options were a bit limited, and the interior of the dining area could use some sprucing up.

However, I did find the drink service at the tree top bar could be a little slow at times, and the smoking policy was a downside during my visit.
